Sorry stupid question 120-130 1968

Hello All,

I am still working on fixing my car. I am having trouble identifying parts- or at least what they are called. My right rear wheel came off along with the drum.
What is the part called with the studs that mount to the drum and wheel?
The part where the castle nut mounts on to with the key- is that the spindle? That is the part that is stripped... the key is rounded over. I am trying to repair and replace as cost effectively as possible. I found a complete rear end, but would like to avoid the unnecessary costs if I can.

Thanks in advance,

gd
