91 volvo rear window brake light 200 1991

hi sages- i have heard about that tape, but not used it yet. supposed to work very well. have recently used a black thick liquid adhesive from 3M in a tube advertised as extremely strong bond.expensive as hell $15 a tube. but looks like its worth it. used it on these plastic moldings which clip to the center door pillars where plastic bonds to metal. have to let it cure a little first and then when it is tacky , stick it on the metal. then cure for 24 hrs. toughest bond ive ever seen. these snap on plastic moldings had tendency to blow off and crack in fla heat when cruising on 95. maybe you should try the tape and the adhesive. regards oldduke
