Over-revving problem 200

I swapped the speedo but the fault still appeared.
Disconnected the battery for a minute.
Code 111 so faults cleared.
I can't road test to see if the over revving is fixed as I have to drive on slow dirt for half an hour before I get to the tar and today I haven't got time. But here's hoping, will report back once tested.
Now I have the picture of globe with cross when I depress brake pedal.[Maybe that light was out on the other unit.]
However all brake lights are working. Is this likely an earth problem? Actually I just realized the globe on the right is a double filament, as in brake/tail globe so wrong for there, will swap that and see.
And, what does the vertical arrow on the far right signify? I had the wire off this on the other speedo because it is annoying. Seat belt indicator? Mine has been decommissioned but not sure , well pretty sure it was just a rip and tear of wires kind of job. Previous owner was a bit of an animal.
