for what it's worth if I was in your position I would probably consider putting a Ford rear end in there just because in the long term that might be easier to deal with you have to weld new locating bracket etc onto it but it might be easier then sourcing all the little bit you need for this. Of course if you don't have a jack maybe u don't have a might either...so then this will seem impossible. BTW jacks usually just need off the shelf orings and some oil to get going again.
NEVER TRUST YOUR HYDROLIC JACK, ALWAYS BACK IT UP WITH JACK STANDS!!!!
