To Test The IAC 200 1992

Bought a used idle air controller, since I'm getting tired of the 'roller coaster' idle that the installed one occasionally produces. I'd like to test it before installing it by quickly applying voltage to it, to verify that the solenoid properly moves the air vane. Question is which of the tabs on the connector is hot and which is ground?

Looking at the connector straight-on, with it oriented at the top and the air outlet pointing to the left, is the left or the right pin the + side?
