73 142 Runs then dies 140-160 1973

So my completely stock 73 142 with D-Jetronic will start and idle fine when cold, then after 4-1/2 to 5 minutes it will die and not restart. If I leave it for some time (never checked how long), it will go thru the same steps.
So far, I've replace all of the fuel & vacuum lines, points / plugs / cap / rotor / condenser, fuel filter. I've checks trigger points, cold start valve, air temp, coolant temp, and MAP, which are are within spec. I checked the fuel pressure which holds steady at approx. 30 lbs. Fuel pump relays are less than a year old.
This is bizarre. I changed the fan motor, installed a stereo, and replaced engine / transmission mounts.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Steve
