intermitant running 900 1992

Hello to all
Well after the head gasket problem with my 1992 969, I thought that I had the running problems solved. But no, I replaced the harness to the ignition coils, replaced the connectors to the amplifiers( front and back). this is going on 3 weeks of hell, I believe the problem is still under the intake plenum. Ruff handling by garage that replaced head gasket, so what else am I missing connection wise under the plenum? My wife drove the car to work this morning and fine, on way home car started bucking and acting up. no check engine lights yet.
I am at the point of dynamite.
