Climate Control PCB Repair / '93 940T 900 1993

My 940T Wagon's AC has no power to the low pressure switch. I might have jumped the gun, but while having the car out of commission for front end work I decided to pull the CCU from the dash and look it over.

Nothing really stands out but the two connections circled in red. Do these look like they could be responsible? I will resolder this weekend, but would like your opinions in the meantime.

Thanks, AG
