Removing old adhesive from door molding - easy method? 200

Removed old adhesive from this lower door molding with Color Tile brand "Adhesive and Old Paint remover" which I purchased ~25 years ago for a house project. Don't know what's in it or if it's still made.

Brushed on, let sit ~5 minutes, got most pieces off in long strips by pushing a putty knife underneath and lifting gently. It's probably not a product for use on plastic but the molding didn't soften or discolor.

Have tried oven cleaner, acetone, lacquer thinner, denatured alcohol, other solvents with marginal success ie. all required heavy scraping.
