Wiper motor.... Talked to death but my turn 200

I am aware that the magnets separate from the housing. Since the SEARCH doesn't appear to be working this morning, I'm posting some questions.
Haven't used the Wipers in literally months. Needed them yesterday and they were growly at the motor. Could be dry Bushings or likely the magnets separated. I guess the motor would still run if the magnets separated but are not rotating with the stator.
I may try to take the back plate and housing off with the rest of the assembly on the Firewall. I have a spare Motor that I disassembled and it looks doable as long as the stator doesn't come out too far and pop the Brushes.

What glue has been long time successful?
I should know this but..Can a motor run with a disconnected magnet?
