O2 Sensor 200 1992

On Dan's (pageda) suggestion, i am starting a new thread for this issue, which had turned into a tangle of hi-jacked threads, other issues, etc.

My 92 wagon is showing code for bad O2 sensor.
I replaced it with a Bosch unit after trying to clean the earlier one with a torch( after disconnecting it).
Ive tested the replacement with a meter, per Bentley, and it doesn't move.
tried some of the other test suggested in Bentley: removing oil filler cap, etc, but nothing.
Also checked all the fuse in fuse box for continuity, all OK.
Car runs very well, mileage is excellent, high 20's.
Computer problem? Haven't tested at ECU yet.
