91 245 No Start after Heavy rain

After a week of use with no codes or further sputtering and backfiring I am pretty sure this problem is fixed. It still has a bit of a rough idle so maybe I will stumble onto that fix in the future. The main problem was with the 6 month old spliced on Bosch 13913 sensor. I took my splice apart and it appeared to be fine, it was very well sealed so not sure if the sensor or the splice caused the problem? I did solder the sensor back on, sealed the connections and eventually will instal it in my car when needed.
