I'm taking apart my headliner and I've run into a bit of a problem. I can't seem to get the rear view mirror off! It's probably something very simple but I don't see any screws and I didn't want to try prying too hard in case I broke the plastic trim!

All of the different write-ups for removing the headliner say to remove this, but don't seem to give any more instruction as to how.
