240 wagon lights - URO Parts 1372442 RH and 1372441 LH 200

Just wanted to share, as I didnt find any similar comments on the forums.

I have now fitted two sets of lights to the rear of my 240 wagon.

Namely URO Parts 1372442 RH and 1372441 LH

Failure of the light assembly was the spigot bolt molded into the back of the light to hold it on the vehicle - after being installed for about a week to three weeks the plasic around the molded in bolt cracks (both of them - top and bottom on each light) and the light falls out off the body of the car.

Light assemblies were tourqued to the point that the light assembley sealed against the body of the car and the plasic spigot was held firmly against the bracket that holds the assembly to the car (as per the OEM removed assemblies appeard to be - No instulation instructions are provided with the assemblies)

Admittedly the rear of the car is parked in a southerly direction and gets full summer sunlight heat.

As the supplier of the URO parts is not applicable, I have not included it in this summary.... however, they have so far (under guarentee) replaced both light assemblies.

Interested if any other drivers have had this issue?
