Has anyone run higher wattage bulbs in E-Code 240 headlights?

I just got a set of DJ Auto E-Codes, and would like to use bulbs with the regular 55W low beam but a 100W high beam. I know I'll have to rewire them with relays to make it safe, that's no problem. My concern is melting the plastic inside, or any other hard-to-acquire bits. Has anyone run higher wattage bulbs in your E-Codes? Did they hold up OK?
