tightening plastic trim cover for handhold above driver's door 900 1993

Hi,
I'm really not sure what to call this part but they are the pair of plastic covers that take the the place of the hand holds that are on the other three doors. I think on the driver's side they just cover the screws that hold the molding on. One of mine is pretty loose and rattles. On the handholds, I figured out to peel the flexible insert out but on the two little covers on the driver's side, the insert appears to be fake and molded as part of the cover.

How do I get at the screw to tighten this?

Thanks!
