reverse lights wiring 200 1990

HI everyone hope you are enjoying your summer... I need some help with my reverse lights they don't work and failed inspection.This is what I have checked,blubs seem fine,I checked for power with muli-meter while car running on circuitboard and founded no power. the next thing I would think to do is check the wring to board but don't know which ones.on passenger side there's 5 wires {1}blue {1}yellow {1} white {1}{2} black going to ground. on driverside there are {2}black {1}red {1} yellow/white {1}green {2}white and {1} white going to ground. which supply power to the reverse lights I should check. and where do they run. to the tranny switch I know but is there anything in betweeen?? thank for all the help you can give me
