I have a question about a non climate control air handler on my 940... I was not getting any air out of the upper center dash vents everything else work defrost, floor and combined... When I pinch the yellow vacuum on the actuator on the drivers above the gas pedal the vents worked ... Could somebody please explain to me what that actuator actually does..It was a blue vacuum line and the yellow vacuum line connected to it... I'm just happy the center vents work now....
