Rear Axle Leak behind Calipers 140-160

Folks,

I am going through a stage 0 on a new to me '70 145s and I have noticed that the differential is leaking right at the rear wheel hub, behind the caliper, something I have never seen before. I see IPD has a seal for sale that looks to be the one leaking:

However, I wanted to see if anyone has done this replacement before and has any tips on the best procedure for replacing it.
