Fan blades hitting shroud AFTER engine mount replacement

Hello All,

I have a 1986 244 that had some engine mounts that completely split in half. I replaced them over the weekend with some part store parts. I figured these 8 dollar mounts would get me through until my Tasca order was received. Before the replacement, my fan did not contact the shroud. After replacement, it doesn't contact at idle, but during heavy acceleration, shifting, and on a rare occasion braking the fan ever so slightly hits the shroud. The sound is extremely annoying. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to fix it for the near term until my parts come in?
