Maximum Volvo factory horsepower/red line for factory racers 1966 and earlier 1800 1966

I am trying to establish the maximum claimed horsepower for any Volvo B18 engine produced by the Volvo factory for racing, "back in the day" (1966 or earlier). I would also like to know at what RPM this power was produced (or red line) for that same engine. Finally, I would like to know the source of this information. I race a 1966 Marcos 1800 GT (Volvo B18 powered) in vintage car racing and one of the groups that I race with are forming a new medallion class where the engines are limited to 20% more than what the engine produced "back in the day". So I need some solid documentation to establish the baseline. Don't bother suggesting ways to "bend the rules" because I already know how to limit how much power my engine produces on the dyno sheet. Thanks for any help the forum can provide.
