window regulator 200

My front passenger window pops out of the track when it is fully lowered. I need to adjust the window forward just a bit to correct this. There are slots on the mounting bolts for the regulator, which indicates that this can be done. When I remove the bolts, I cannot move the regulator. Anyone have an answer for this?
