Overflow botle 120-130

Since I have my radiator out, I'm thinking about installing the overflow bottle I've had for a while. I was thinking of running some (rubber gas line?) tubing from the existing overflow to the bottom of the plastic jug after I've got it mounted. Then it looks like I would just move the pressure cap from the radiator to the top of the plastic jug and replace it on the radiator with just a flat cap. Does that sound right?

Seems pretty simple. The jug I have is of the tall narrow variety.
