Shifter change after new bushings 200

88 245 manual tranny. The pin that connects the bottom of the shift to the trans linkage fell out. Got new bushing and replaced pin with another piece. Buttoned it all up and now it seems like the entire shift pattern has moved to the left. In order to get it into first I have to pull the detent, like going into reverse, and then it will go into 1st, 2nd gear is a real challenge, 3rd and 4th shift fine but have moved to the left as well. What adjustment do I need to make to get everything shifted back to the right?
