v90 soft brakes S90-V90 1998

I have a 98 v90 and seem to have soft brake pedal no mater what I do.
I have pressure bled the system including the two on the master cylinder.
The brake pedal is solid until I start the engine, then it goes almost to the
floor before it becomes solid. Is it possible that there is air in the
abs and if so how do I get it out? Any other thing that could cause this?
