Manual Climate Conrol Circuit Board Location 700 1985

Have some issues with climate control. With slider in any vent position(a/c/defrost off). Put blower on max speed. Compressor not engaged, clutch not spinning. When switching the blower to off. Clutch engages momentarily. Somehow it's getting a signal to engage. Pulled MCC panel, no board. Haven't pulled glove box but suspect it's somewhere behind it. This all started chasing a vacuum leak related to cruise control.
Works fine in a/c defrost mode.
