240 auto to manual swap 200 1993

I would like to convert my 1993 240 from automatic to manual. It has a 1992 240s engine and transmission if they are any different. I would like to know how to be certain in identifying the existing proper engine and transmission and selecting the proper transmission. There are a good number of usually non-starting 240s in my area, and I was thinking of purchasing one with a good 5-speed manual transmission (not sure how to evaluate this) and putting it into my '93 240.

I understand that the basic process will involve dismounting the automatic trans and torque converter, installing a flywheel and pressure plate to mate with the manual trans, modifying the drive shaft, and installing the hardware needed for the clutch pedal.

This surely sounds noobish, but I am just getting started on this. Thank you in advance.
