cant identify this chirping / turkey noise from my 93 945 230k 900

A friend and I did the timing belt this past weekend so I had the AC belt, power steering belt and alternator belt off when checking this so I now know it is not one of those making this sound

Here is my problem... I'm getting a bird call noise / chirp coming from somewhere when I first start the car up, its worse when its cold. Its a 93 945. About 230k on the engine.

When I press the accelerator the noise becomes more and more rapid and louder... Could this be something with the distributor? I replaced the cap and rotor about 5 months ago... It almost sounds like a rubbing noise somewhere. It kind of sounds like a turkey call almost. Very strange. Anyone ever had that kind of thing?
