ABS rear end speed signal problem 200 1993

I'm having trouble tracking down an ABS/speedometer problem
The speedometer flickers all over the place and the ABS light keeps coming on
The wires have been checked around the rear end, and it now has a new speed sensor in the differential, but I am still having the same problem.
So I am wondering where the abs unit splices into the speedometer signal? Does is connect in the dash or directly to the speedometer?
Any other possible things I should look at?
