How do I adjust the angle of the front window glass? 700

For the last couple of years I've had a similar problem, except it's the top back corner of the glass that doesn't go all the way up, or slips down. On top of that, when I power the window up, it ratchets loudly at the top of its travel, skipping teeth at the end, so I have to release the switch quickly before it gets totally stripped. I have to play with the window to get the exact gap at the top for the least wind noise, but it keeps slipping down and needs re-adjustment.
