Steering vague, inaccurate, wind senitive. 700 1989

Hi.

New user here. Found this forum to be a very good source.
Im from sweden and drive a 740 glt.

I Have an annoying problem with my volvo. Its been there for like two years
and havent been able to solve it. The steering is inaccurate in both high and low speeds. I have to correct the steering all time. Its sensitve on wind gusts
and when other cars pass beside on highway. Even passing trucks it feels unstable and gets nervous in the winddraw.

The whole front end is restored. All bushes, tires, shocks allound, strut mounts, all joints, low mileage zf rack.

I cant really see any play in steering shaft joints but maybe there is.
It also has been aligned several times. Rear bushes seem ok. No strange noises.

Maybe someone has hunted the same fault sometime?
