740 and 940 Driver Door and Door Panel Interchangeability 900

I bought a 1994 940 sedan yesterday. It is a good Winter project here in MN. The Driver door is quite rusted on the bottom inside, where I always look for rust first. Strange, but the other 3 doors show absolutely no signs of rust? Also, there is no rust on the top of the strut swivel plates, the galvanized part. The car spent the first 12 years of it's life in Winter Park, FL.

I have a couple 1991 740 sedans for parts and one is the same Beige color as the 1994 940 I bought.

Will the driver door from the 740 fit on the 940? Also, are the door panels interchangeable?
