Window crank handles sticking 200 1985

I have an '85 245 with the manual crank windows. Over the years the driver and passenger side window round part of the window crank tend to stick when cranking up & down requiring me to push the round part back flush and continue cranking. Any suggestions on smoothing them out to make them like the rears which work perfectly. I don't want to swap them, because I open and close them too. Thanks.
