Rear spring upper guide replacement 200 1982

There is extensive corrosion on the rear spring upper quide and it need to be replaced. That part looks like an inverted bell. That means I also need to put a new rubber ring as coil spring seat.

Anybody ever went through this repair ?

I try to figure in advance the potential problems. I do not find any reproduction parts either. That may mean going to the dealer I am afraid.
