current drain 92 240 wagon 200

bought a new battery and alt.,, damaged old alternator by not disconnecting battery when changing oil filter, , didn't drive for several months, started car last night, battery dead, charged, drove home, v.reg gadget plugged in and showed 12.1 to 13.6 volts, never 12.0, never 14, heated rear window switch ON the entire time , lights seemed ok while driving, battery dead next day. how can I pop out the heated switch or disable it? something seems a tremendous drain. diagnostic thoughts? vehicle driven very little, PO did little maintenance. Thoughts?
