B20 compression ratio 140-160

When I rebuild my B20 (early dual carb, I'm fairly certain) I want to bump the compression up to the 10:1 neighborhood. Is there a consensus on head thicknesses and what CR they yield. I found a handy chart on v-performance.com, and it seems like head thickness + head gasket thickness is responsible for the different CR across the models.

I guess my question is how do I figure out how much to mill off my head to get the desired compression ratio?

Thanks, as always.
