super-flexible wire for harness repair ?? 900

I was looking around, like I'm sure the OP was, and really finding only the RC hobby looking for this wire.

Specifically, what Volvo used is very expensive wire, in spite of the fact it died faster than all the other wires that aren't expected to move around bunches.

The wire used in the 240 (tailgate, door switches, tranny harness, etc.) is silicone insulated 413 strand (7/59/44 - .052mm) which I don't guess anyone fixing cars is going to buy in bulk or custom colors. A compromise may be in the OP's best interest, much like what I believe the aftermarket harness suppliers did.

Maybe Dave Barton has looked into this at one time or another?
