I have no doubt about the negative experiences that have been reported and I do count myself VERY lucky in light of all the bad reports. Just wanted to throw in my $0.02. I would be pretty hesitant to send parts in for repair and I NEVER deal with faraway strangers on the internet using any form of payment other than credit card.
