Switch out the washer fluid...even standard temp can loose a lot of it alcohol to evaporation.

Check the coolant but if it is still 40-50 f now, I am guess you are not dipping into the teens or negatives any time soon. The cheap testers that measure specific gravity are OK but oddly you have to adjust results for temperature.

Check the tire pressure again if the temp drops more than 20 degrees.

For future reference, I applaud you for getting at least two snow tires but you do loose one of biggest advantages of snow tires by only having two...vastly improved braking.
