If in the Salt Belt

At the very least, open all four door and look for those Small Rubber Plugs... on the center pillar, atop the rear wheel well... Pop each out and spray a lite oil in as far as you can reach...put newspaper under the body to catch the extra. At the rear wheel wells, try to get it up an over toward the back.

Clean out the drains ports at the bottom of the Rocker panels. 5 from front to back...on the seam where the panel meets the underbody... rectangular 1/4" x 2"ish.

There are small drain holes behind the rear Mud Flaps...2 keep these free ov debris so that the salt dosen't get held by the plastic tight onto the metal.

Rather than Oil for the above get a couple of cans of this. Available at John Deere outlets...wherever farms are found. apparently at Lowes too.

Squirt some inside the lower doors...idea being to coat the lower seams.
