Instrument Cluster ground ? 200 1990

Went to replace the small broken clock with a working one, while the
wiring was disconnected the wires made contact. Before installing the
newer clock I checked the wiring for the small clock which comes from
behind the RPM gauge and the ground is not working. My
turn signals are both lit on when the headlights are turned on, but
blink when engaged as should, but then return to solid on, when the
indicator arm is on center again. It seems as if the ground on the cluster
is broken.
Where on the back of the cluster should I start my search for a broken
ground connection?

Any help is appreciated,
Joseph
