4 Door vs Wagon "B' pillar 120-130

Been a while!

I moved to AZ a few years ago and sold my volvos. I now bit the bullet and found a rust free 220 wagon and I'm sure i will find myself on the brick board more often. The issue I have is the 'b' pillar on the passenger side is beat up enough where I will need to weld in a new piece.

My question is whether or not a 4 door variant of the 122 is the same as the wagon version? Rocker panels are the same, but I don't want to assume anything with regard to the door pillars and thresholds. Are the seat belt bolts in the same place? etc etc.

Thanks for any information!
