Throttle Position Switch Testing 200 1993

Ok so I back probed the #4 (white wire) on the amm connector- reconnected to amm and started car.
Connected DVOM at dc 20 v - ground black to neg battery terminal red to probe clip while engine running. Did an ohm test on the probe from one side of connector to the other. 0 ohm read.

Revved engine upto around 2-25k
My reading was 0.001-0.002with no increase in voltage?

This was the test from the Bentley book for the 2a 3-2-2 code.

The voltage was supposed to jump back when throttled back to idle with engine off.

It appeared to me I did not get any voltage at 0.001 from the ecu.

Should retest though to confirm.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance
