I just read on BB that if the cluster is not installed or if one of its circuits is not complete then the alternator will not be on and charging the battery. One of the two bulbs that light up my newly installed cluster is not working, could that be causing my alternator to not be charging the battery?

UPDATE: just reset the bulb that was having a bad connection, the bulb works now, but did not fix my charging issue.
