Fixed a driver-side door handle with a screw 200 1990

I swapped the rear driver's-side door handle into the front. The pin on the front handle was sheared => the handle unusable as it was (owner had been opening the rear door and reaching around, or leaving the window down in warm weather).

I filed by hand the back-side of the pin flush with the lever, gently drove out the worn pin, tapped the pin opening w/ a 10-NC-24* (tight fit but metal soft so no need to drill), screwed in a screw with locking nut, tightened the locking nut, cut the screw off with the face of the nut.

The nut sticks out further than the peened end of the pin but there is enough clearance for a medium-thickness nut - "medium" relative to the thinner & thicker nuts I had in stock. Thread glue might work but the nut offers strength on the opposing side of the metal lever.

*I selected the screw 1st and then the matching tap.

As I only use my rear door to load/unload materials/groceries, I expect it will last until the mechanism itself fails - the swivel piece snaps.
