Cheap electric impacts that work.

Normally, I shy away from Harbor Freight electric tools but I have been using but the 18v 1/2 inch impact and the 18v impact driver to work on bricks for over a year and they both continue to perform admirably. Not the smallest or lightest, but I was able to remove a transmission with the 1/2 impact on one battery charge with no issues. Good deal for $120. FWIW, even the smaller 18v impact driver will break loose most lug nuts. I still have air in the garage, but electric sure is nice for outdoor pick and pull or roadside use. YMMV
