Quick Strut Mount Question 900 1991

Morning All

I am putting new struts on my 1991 940. The center hole on the strut KYB strut mounts is offset from center of the mount. When the struts are installed is the offset portion installed so that the offset is to the front of the car or the back? A kick the right direction would help
