Onkel Udo, I welcome your posts! You sound like you know more than I do! The small FT hose I mentioned connects to the small connector that shoots out from the FT holder at an angle to give the holder a Y shape; the other end of the hose connects to the brass nipple on the manifold. I forgot to check that! Will clean it as soon as I get a chance.

This is a bit embarrassing, but which two brass nipples are you referring to on the intake (Manifold?)?
