'91 240 Whirling/Whistling Sound When Braking 200

Recently my car began to make whistling sounds occasionally. It seems to be doing it more when braking. So I did the online search. (BTW my braking seems very fine. No extra effort needed.) I looked at the Brake Booster area. I did not find any fluid leak. I did not see any crack on check valve or hose leading to manifold.

And once in a while, the car seems to idle rough. Yesterday I held on to neutral at stop sign since I thought the car may be stalling. I replaced the spark plugs only 8 months ago. I did throttle body cleaning about 30k miles ago. (now has 203k miles) At the time it was very clean.

Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.
