Door and window mechanism lube 200

Greetings from a newb.

I have my dad's old 1982 245 Diesel. I've had a ball getting working out the kinks after it sat for a few years.

The electric windows are sluggish in all four doors, as are the door locks. I think it is time to pull the door panels and lube the mechanisms.

What lubricants are good for those applications?

For the window mechanism pivots, I'm thinking LPS-2, although TriFlow might be good too.

For the window mechanism sliders, I'm thinking Super Lube Synthetic Grease, or maybe silicon grease.

And for the door lock mechanism, LPS-2 for the pivots, although some may be hard to reach without just spraying the whole area.

Lastly, the moisture barriers will probably need to be replaced. I'm thinking a sheet cut from one of the cheap blue tarps that Harbor Freight sells?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
